How much does it cost?
After the free trial our rates vary. Speak with one of our trainers to find the right package, and price for you! 
What hours are you open?
XPA is open Mon-Wed-Fri for 7PM and 8PM sessions. Saturdays we open for 10PM, 11PM and 12PM sessions.
How will I know if XPA is right for me?
If you are a coachable, hard working athlete looking to become stronger, faster, more agile, and maximize your athletic potential then look no further. 
How long will it take to see results?
You'll begin to see results even after the first trial! As our bodies frequent certain movements, we start to gain the muscle memory necessary to make those movements easier. 
How long is one training session?
A training session will typically take between 1 hour and 1.5 hours from warm up to cool down. 
What do I need to bring?
All you need is workout clothes, cross trainers, and a desire to be the best you can be.
