Football Training


 

Our Football Combine/Camp Prep program is for the football player looking to prepare specifically for the various combines and college camps that have continued to grow as a recruiting tool for colleges. This program will allow the athlete to test at a level higher than before. This program includes functional strength training and football specific training to increase speed, strength, agility and endurance. Instruction and video analysis will be used to teach progressions and drills. Football training drills include:

  • 40 yard dash start
  • Running Mechanics
  • Pro Agility Drill
  • 3 Cone Drill
  • Bench Press Rep Test & Powerball Throw
  • Broad Jump & Vertical Jump/Vertical Leap

 

Hockey Training


 

Our Hockey Combine/Camp Prep program is for the hockey player looking to prepare specifically for the various combines and college camps that have continued to grow as a recruiting tool for colleges. This program will allow the athlete to test at a level higher than before. Instruction and video analysis will be used to teach progressions and drills. Hockey training drills include:

  • Grip Strength
  • VO2max
  • Standing Long Jump
  • Pro Agility Test
  • Bench Press
  • Pull Ups
  • Y-Balance

 

Basketball Training


 

Our Basketball Combine/Camp Prep program is for the basketball player looking to prepare specifically for the various combines and college camps that have continued to grow as a recruiting tool for colleges. This program will allow the athlete to test at a level higher than before. It includes basketball specific strength training, speed training, and agility training. Instruction and video analysis will be used to teach progressions and drills. Basketball training drills include:

  • Bench Press 
  • Vertical Jump (Vertical leap and a running Max Vert)
  • ¾ Court Sprint
  • Lane Agility Drill
  • Reactive Shuttle Run

 

Baseball/Softball Training


 

Our Baseball Combine/Camp Prep program is for the baseball player looking to prepare specifically for the various combines and college camps that have continued to grow as a recruiting tool for colleges. This program will allow the athlete to test at a level higher than before. Instruction and video analysis will be used to teach progressions and drills. Baseball and softball training drills include:
